Dear Clothesline Visitors,
I don’t offer all of the frames online that I do in my shows to make my life easier the rest of the year. The truth is you may purchase ANY frame that you saw at ANY of my shows online as well. All you have to do is contact me at karigk@distantsunartwork.com and describe the frame that you saw that you want, and I will be more than happy to accommodate you.
Additionally, I have many new photographs that I’ve displayed in my shows that I haven’t had added to the website yet. You may still purchase those photos. Just contact me at karigk@distantsunartwork.com, describe the photo you want, and I will complete your order for you.

Beautiful Nature Photography is Kari Gunter-Kremers' specialty. She has many fine art photos to choose from, either in black and white or in color.
She has captured many beautiful photos of various animals -- dog photos, cat photos, bird photos, butterfly photos, dragonfly photos, and even reptile photos.
She has created abstract masterpieces by photographing all kinds of flowers -- tulip photos, orchid photos, daisy photos, wildflower photos, lily photos, and more.
She has preserved many startling and precious moments of nature -- dangling and delicate natural ice sculptures, the serene beauty of a sunset landscape, and the tranquility of a snow-dressed mountain river.
She often uses macro photography (or close-up photography) to help her abstract the radiance of nature, and through this process, she creates wonderfully unique pictures.
Her images, from her intimate animal portraits to her serene landscape photographs, are organic and abstract in nature. They arouse the imagination and caress the senses in their originality and beauty.
They are all printed on archival Kodak Professional Portra Endura Paper and are matted on acid-free, archival quality matboards. Every matboard is individually signed by the artist, Kari.
Any one of these beautiful nature photos would make a wonderful gift for any nature lover or art lover alike.
Although Kari specializes as a nature photographer, she doesn’t restrict herself, or her art business -- Distant Sun Artwork -- to just nature photography. She also creates, and is known for, her original, organic and abstract stained glass, her abstract and playful watercolors, and other artwork. These artworks can be seen under the category of “Artwork other than Nature Photography.”
Kari has shown her work in many venues including in the Memorial Art Gallery's Clothesline Festival, Corn Hill Arts Festival, and she has been the featured artist in Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle. She was a finalist in the 2007 TELUS/WSSF Masterpiece in Motion Snowboard Skin Art Contest.
